1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the operation of the 1kkbd platform and all its associated services. By accessing this platform, creating an account or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

1kkbd is an online betting and casino platform that offers sports betting, casino games, slots and live dealer experiences for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been written in Bengali and prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on the 1kkbd platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must create a single account in your own name. Operating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited.
• You must participate in betting activities consciously and voluntarily.

3 Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account at 1kkbd you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and your preferred payment method details. 1kkbd may at any time request additional documents from you for identity verification purposes.

If the required documents for verification are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

1kkbd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our own platform.

5 Account Closure and Suspension

1kkbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or household.
• Abuse of the bonus system or attempted fraud.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

6 Deposits

Deposits at 1kkbd can currently be made using the bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be returned.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.
• If any transaction is delayed, contact the support team.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 9).
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 1kkbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

8 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 1kkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency transactions are processed and no conversion fees apply.

9 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• To receive the bonus, the bonus option must be selected at the time of the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus amount is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals can only be made after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
• All regular sports bets and casino game wagers count towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming the welcome bonus more than once through the same person, household, IP address or payment method is prohibited.

10 Other Bonuses and Offers

1kkbd may from time to time provide various promotional offers, cashback, free bets and special tournament offers. The specific terms of each offer will be stated in that offer's description and will apply alongside these general terms.

1kkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion. If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

11 Sports Betting

1kkbd offers betting on various international sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. The decision to accept, modify or cancel a bet is entirely at 1kkbd's discretion.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 1kkbd itself does so for a specific reason.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, 1kkbd's established rules will apply to bets on that event.
• In the case of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will be considered final.
• 1kkbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds arising from a technical error or system failure.

12 Casino and Slots

Live dealer games, slot machines and table games are available in the 1kkbd casino section. All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer and cannot be influenced by anyone.

13 VIP Levels

The 1kkbd VIP programme has four levels. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher level depends on your ongoing activity and participation on the platform. 1kkbd reserves the right to downgrade or cancel a VIP level if prolonged inactivity or a rule violation is detected on the account.

VIP cashback will be credited to the account on a set day each week. Cashback is provided in cash and has no wagering requirement.

14 Responsible Gaming Policy

21 Amendments and Updates

1kkbd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in advance at your registered email address.
